Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time position. (Monday to Friday). The typical functions will include:

  • greet, inform and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner;

  • answer, screen and route calls to the appropriate people;

  • deliver messages, mail and faxes to employees on a daily basis;

  • translate and update various documents;

  • develop and assemble various tables and forms using various software;

  • order the necessary office supplies from the sales department;

  • get involved in the running of our customer's visit days;

  • support the sales and accounting department in certain administrative tasks;

  • perform any other related task relevant to the performance of his work.

Qualifications required

  • Between 1 and 3 years in a similar position;

  • Be bilingual, oral and written;

  • Previous experience in customer service

  • Organized and able to multitask
